If you have your own 3d printer, send us a print and well cast it in the material of your choice! Whether it’s an engagement ring you designed yourself or a custom part for your motorcycle build, almost any print can be casted quickly and economically.

3D Printing

The second step to getting any idea into the physical world is 3D printing. We offer several different options of 3D printing depending on size, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish required.

SLA & DLP

(stereolitography)

Extremely high-detail prints for models up to 145mm X 145mm X 175mm and dimensional accuracy of +/-0.5mm. We have a wide range of materials from rigid to flexible, and a palate of different colors. No matter your project, there is a material to suit your needs.

  • Castable wax - for making high detail models to cast INTO METAL

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)

Suitable for larger and lower resolution models. 250mmx250mmx300mm build volume.

  • Castable WAX - GREAT FOR PARTS THAT WILL BE MADE INTO METAL

  • PLA - great for quick prototypes - AVAILABLE IN ANY COLOR

  • ASA - STRONG ENOUGH FOR END USE PARTS -UV RESISTANT - AVAILABLE IN ANY COLOR

  • PETG - SKIN SAFE AND FOOD GRADE PLASTIC


METAL CASTING

This is where your idea really comes to life! Whether you need 1 piece or 100+, casting is a great way to get tough, smooth, end use parts- quickly! Parts can be made from 3D printed patterns or injected wax from rubber molds.

  • A356 -T6 Aluminum - lightweight, very strong, great structural characteristics with a silvery color

  • ANCIENT bronze (90/10) - very strong, and heavy. perfect for structural parts or costume jewelry since surface is ready for plating

  • GOLD All carats - beautiful high end jewelry metal

  • silver - beautiful and ECONOMICAL for JEWELRY

  • ZA27 - very durable, and rigid, great for prototyping parts that are intended to be die casted

 

MACHINING

Precise parts can be cut from a solid billet of material or machining can be used as a finishing step to castings. We can provide CNC milling and lathe operations to get precise dimensions and consistent results. Metal mold cutting coming soon!
